Home Maid specialises in house cleaning.We are a non-frachising independant home cleaning company renowned for ethical standards, quality and our home cleaning service throughout the Illawarra. Home Cleaning

At Home Maid we understand cleaning homes is very different to commercial cleaning. Our staff are trained specifically for cleaning homes. Regardless of what level qualification, when staff join the Home Maid team they are put through a comprehensive recruitment and training program developed by Home Maid. These training methods have been devised through experience, feedback from clients and observations of competitors. We have a dedicated Training and Quality Assurance Manager who closely moniters the progress of trainees assessing them on several levels including quality, ethical standards and efficiency.

Home Maid have a very experienced team of ladies who have been cleaning homes for many years. There is a wealth of experince and the ladies take their work very serious. This experience and Home Maids goal for continual improvement is critical in our strive for excellence. When you hire Home Maid for your regular home cleaning you can rest assured you will be getting dedicated Home Cleaners and you will keep the same ladies cleaning your home for the duration of your cleaning.

Domestic Workers Compensation cover is a legislated requirement for all employers. Clients need to be aware of their obligations to cover household workers for Domestic Workers' Compensation insurance. Should Home Maid staff be booked, the Home Maid employee is employed by Home Maid and covered by Home Maid for Workers' Compensation Insurance.

All staff are covered by Home Maid's Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurances. Home Maid staff are employed directly by Home Maid to clean your home. They are covered for Workers Compensation, Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurances;Superannuation is paid and lodged with an approved fund; Income tax deductions are made by the Home Maid and forwarded to the Australian Tax Office (ATO); Permanent employees are covered for Annual Leave and Sick Leave entitlements. Home Maid strongly recommendsthat where Home Maid employees are not used in private homes that Domestic Workers Compensation Insurance be taken out by every householder in case of personal injury claims made by household staff for work-related injuries or accidents which occur while they are travelling to and from your home
